New Gen 2 SHP Line up GT-14's Night Strike, MUM’s, and 6015

Postby Clutch » Tue Nov 28, 2006 7:58 pm

After such a good response to the new Gen 2 Super High Performance (SHP) DEP tubes, a dedicated line of monoculars is now available for this tube. The new GT14 and Night Strike line of monoculars are outlined below and are an oustanding value for your hard earned money! These GT and Night Strike units offer the same line of DEP or ITT tubes based on your mission requirements in a lower cost body housing.

Also over the last year I've read many folks are on a limited budget and needed a qaulity NV tube at a lower price than that of a Gen 3. After MONTHS of looking and testing numeorus different tubes, here is the Gen 2 Super High Perfromance (SHP) tube for the MUMS and 6015's. Rated at 5000 hrs +, their cosmetics are fantastic with very high signal to noise ratios. The biggest difference you will see is the greenish tint of the image vs. the Gen 3 yellow tint.

MUM (Multi Use Monocular)
The MUM, is a unbeatable combination of versatility, performance, and price. The MUM is the latest, lightest, and the most versatile night vision system on the market. Developed as an alternative to the US Military issue AN/PVS-14, it is capable of operating in depths of over 60 feet and uses multi-type (AA or CR123) single battery. With the use of optional accessories, MiNi-14 can be configured for any mission requirement:

• Hand held spotting scope (can be used alone, with optional magnification lenses, or attached to a daytime spotting scope with the optional universal adapter)
• Hand held binocular (with the optional Dual Bridge Mount and with or without the optional magnification lenses and adapters)
• Hands free mono-goggle (with the included headgear or optional helmet mount)
• Hands free dual tube goggle (with the optional Dual Bridge Mount and the included headgear or optional helmet mount)
• Day/Night weapon sight (with the use of the included weapon mount and optional EoTech, or attached to an existing rifle scope with the optional universal adapter)
• Surveillance and night-time photography (with the use of the optional universal adapter)

I hope you enjoy the new line up of the GEN 2 SHP systems! Of course I must add here even though these are Gen 2 SHP units, the specs are too high for any exportation and only for sale in our great country of the USA.

What are you talking about? DEP (Delft Electronic Products) is a Dutch company, since when do Europeans need to ask Americans for permission to buy their own stuff? Makes no sense at all..
Any color you like...

Once the tubes are imported into US, they require an export license to be exported. Who said gov. regulations are supposed to make sense?
