· Gen 3 Select Alpha “B” grade tubes for the 6015 SB units. Uncompromising performance of the Select Alpha image intensifiers for Generation 2 price. The cosmetic imperfections do not impair the famous performance or warranty of these tubes, and provide a very cost effective option of owning top quality Generation 3 unit at a fraction of the regular price.

· Gen 2 SHP (Super High performance) tube that is now available in a 6015 version of the single battery unit. I am absolutely impressed with the performance of theses tubes. Actually these were modified for the sole purpose of being more user friendly for the soldiers. The previous one which I had to repair thousand of times had a problem with the battery covers coming off in a rough way. Really what happened was that people were abusing the cover by yanking at it and pulling it all ways but the right way.

This in turn started costing soldiers ordering through fedlog bundles. All they had to do was add a little silicone grease to the o'ring and everything would have been fine but uncle sam would not include silicone grease with the BII to troops due to the price. So they just changed the battery cap and made it a grunt effective screw off top, how about that.

Well, in the process of making them "grunt proof" they made them lighter, which is a good thing. I have the 6015 and it weighs only 12 oz.
Don't buy ATN Nightvision! Ask me and i'll tell you why.
