Surefire infrared filters

Postby ParanoidFreak » Tue Nov 27, 2007 8:27 pm

Any thoughts about how well these work?

I have an old/discontinued Surefire incandescent weaponlight on my AR, and would like to retrofit this for both low light and (much less likely) NVG use.

Would this lenscap do the trick?

I have a SF 951 and it works great on mine. What model of light do you have?

I don't think so and I ran it quite a bit while I was diagnosing a problem (bad lamp), but then again, mine is on my rifle, so I don't stare down the barrel a lot.
